Our Story

Founded in 2025, DigitalX was born from a simple observation: businesses were struggling to keep up with customer communication demands. Traditional call centers were expensive, difficult to scale, and often provided inconsistent experiences.

Our founders, veterans of the telecommunications and AI industries, saw an opportunity to combine advanced language models with voice technology to create something entirely new. After two years of development and testing with early partners, DigitalX launched its enterprise voice AI platform.
