Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount.
Additional minutes are automatically charged at $0.15/minute. You'll receive email notifications when you reach 80% and 100% of your plan's limit. You can also set up automatic plan upgrades.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers for Enterprise customers. Invoicing is available for annual plans.
No setup fees for Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise plans may include implementation services which are quoted separately based on your requirements.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.
